 First of all, my cosmetic consults cost $40 which is deducted from the procedure price.

 Saline breast augmentation with the cash discount = $3200! . This includes the surgical and anesthesiology fees, the high profile Mentor implants, PATIENT INSURE INSURANCE,

 Silicone  breast augmentation costs $4400

 Breast lift (mastopexy) without implants cost $4500 

 Breast lift over saline implants is $ 5500

Breast Lift over Silicone are $6400 

 Breast reductions and some tummy tucks may be covered by insurance!

Private pay Panniculectomies and Breast Reduction cost $7500 and are done at Troy Regional Medical Center.

NEW ALABAMA LAW REQUIRES THAT ALL LIPOSUCTION CASES HAVE AN ANESTHESIA PROVIDER. THIS ADDS $300-$500 TO THE COST OF THE PROCEDURE. THE PRICES BELOW INCLUDE THAT COST. These prices apply regardless of whether the operation is done at Troy Cosmetic Surgery (AAAHC Certified) or at Troy Regional Medical Center.

Liposuction starts at $2995.The  Price depends on Body Mass Index. Add $100 for every BMI point above 25.

Combitucks of the abdomen start at $4995 ( For a BMI of 25 or less) 

Minicombitucks are $1000 less than a  Full Combituck.

 Combitucks of the arms start at $3500

 Combitucks of the thighs start at $4995 

 Face Lifts are $4500

 Eyes are $2000 for upper or lower and $3800 for both

 All procedures requiring IV sedation or IV general anesthetic will have PATIENT INSURE coverage because insurance carriers may not reimburse for complications attributed to cosmetic surgery. . More information about this service is available at Dr. Schloemer's office.

Consults for first time patients cost $40.
